For normal assignment of general valuations, 14 days is set as maximum limit for delivery of the report. The timing may be affected by processing or authenticating ownership from the Office of the Registrar of Titles, as well as in securing of approval from the Office of the Chief Government Valuer. These Offices have set own procedures which may interfere with the timing of report delivery.
However, we normally strive to make a timely delivery of the reports.
